For most of your banking needs, you can call us on 0800 400 600, Monday to Friday 7am to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 5pm. Or on +64 9 912 8000 if you're outside New Zealand (standard call charges will apply). That's the best number for phone banking, to be put through to any branch or to talk to one of our customer service representatives.
