What do I do if my EFTPOS or debit card is lost or stolen?
If you think your card is lost or stolen, you can temporarily block it to stop it from being used by someone else.

Reporting your card lost or stolen
Report your card as lost or stolen immediately if it has been lost or stolen, or if someone else has learned your PIN.
We’ll permanently block your plastic card but you can still make transactions using Apple Pay or Google Pay. You should receive your replacement plastic card within the next 10 days.
To cancel your card in the Westpac One® app and order a replacement:
- Select 'Cards' from the bottom tab
- Select the card you'd like to cancel
- Select ‘Lost and stolen card’
- Follow the instructions to complete the card replacement.
In New Zealand

You can also cancel your card in Westpac One online banking or by visiting any Westpac branch.
