How do I get a copy of my bank statement?

We hold copies of your statements electronically for at least seven years in case you need a copy.

The easiest way to get a copy is to download it from Westpac One®. See our quick 'How to' guide to download statements using Westpac One and follow the 'Download Statements' steps.

If you do not have access to online banking or, the statements are for a closed account, then contact us or pop into your nearest branch.

The normal fee for providing another copy of a statement is $5.
