How can I stop my paper statements?

You can change whether you receive paper statements or not in Westpac One®. By turning paper statements off you'll no longer receive statements for your everyday and savings accounts. These documents will still be available online - find out how to view them here.

How to turn off paper statements:

Once logged in to Westpac One, select 'Profile' (top right on a computer and on the App under the bottom right 'More' menu)
Click 'Contact Preferences'
To turn off statements for all your accounts, select the switch at the top of the list
To turn off statements for just some of your accounts, select the switch next to the appropriate account
Click 'Confirm'.
