How can I manage my cards in Westpac One?
In Westpac One® digital banking you can see all your cards in one place and manage each card individually including any cards held by additional cardholder(s) on your account. Here's what you can do:
- Once you’ve logged in to Westpac One online, scroll to the bottom of the Accounts screen and click on 'Manage my Cards'. Or, if you’ve logged in to your Westpac One app, select ‘Cards' from the bottom navigation bar.
- You can see a list of your cards as well as their status or balance and you’ll have the option to select 'apply for a balance transfer'.
- Select the card you would like to manage. Here, you have a list of security features where you can block and unblock the card temporarily, cancel and replace the card if lost or stolen, order a replacement if the card is damaged, and notify Westpac of your travel plans. You can also turn Automatic Billing Updater or contactless payments on or off.
For credit cards, you also have the option to apply to increase the cards limit under the financial section and you can choose to allow ATM cash withdrawals with the on or off option.
