I've forgotten my ATM card's PIN number. What can I do?

If you’ve forgotten your PIN for your Westpac debit or credit card or if it’s been compromised due to fraud, set a new PIN in Westpac One® online banking. Here’s how.

1. Log in to Westpac One.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the accounts screen and select ‘Manage my Cards’.
3. Select the card you want to update the PIN for.
4. Click ‘Set new PIN’.
5. Follow the instruction to complete PIN change.

If you have an EFTPOS card or don’t have access to Westpac One online banking, you can set a new PIN by visiting your local Westpac branch.
