Things you should know.

Terms and Conditions.

Entry into the Blake NZ-VR school nomination constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

  1. Entry period: 25 March 2024 – 30 April 2024
  2. To nominate a school for this prize draw:
    • You must be a New Zealand resident.
    • The school being nominated is based in New Zealand
    • You must nominate them via the Westpac New Zealand Limited (“Westpac”) Blake NZ-VR school nomination entry page, that can be accessed from the email sent to you
    • A nominator under 18 years of age must obtain the consent of parent or legal guardian prior to making a nomination.
  3. There are five school programme visits available.
  4. Winners selection: 7 May 2024. Five schools will be selected. The selection of the winning nominations will be at Westpac’s discretion.
  5. You may nominate as many times as you like. Each nomination must be on a separate nomination form. Incomplete entries will be rejected. Entries accepted upon receipt and not dispatch.
  6. Westpac will contact the winners if your nomination is selected on or about 7 May 2024. If the winners are not reasonably able to be contacted within 3 days of the prize draw, the prize shall be forfeited and another winner will be selected.
  7. If the winner is under the age of 18 years their parent or legal guardian must give their prior written consent to the award of the prize.
  8. Employees (and their immediate family members) of Westpac, and their associated entities, are eligible to nominate someone for the prize draw but are not eligible to win.
  9. If Westpac cannot run the prize draw as planned, Westpac may extend the entry period or postpone or cancel the prize draw. If so, a notice will be posted on our changes to terms and conditions page.
  10. Westpac may disqualify an entrant for (a) tampering with the entry process; (b) submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions; or (c) engaging in any conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
  11. All decisions made by Westpac are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The winners are fully responsible for any tax implications arising from accepting the prize.
  13. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Westpac (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability, for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, damage or injury (including loss of opportunity and any personal injury, whether physical or mental) arising in any way out of the prize draw or acceptance or use of any prize.
  14. The Promoter is Westpac New Zealand Limited (“Westpac”).
  15. We will only be using this data and information you provide for this prize draw.
