Use Online EFTPOS to pay for things directly from your Westpac One online banking app. You don’t need your bank card, just a registered mobile number or customer ID.
How to get started.

You need
Westpac One and a Westpac Everyday account, Simple Saver or Choices Everyday account. Also ensure your mobile number is registered and authenticated.

Choose payment method
At the checkout select online EFTPOS.

Authenticate
Enter your registered mobile number or customer ID and select 'send payment request'.

Approve
Log in to Westpac One, choose your account and authorise your payment. Easy.
