Welcome to hotpoints.

Use your hotpoints Mastercard for your everyday spending, and your points will add up - and then you can use them to pay for anything you buy with your card*.

What does Pay with Points mean?

Just turn on hotpoints Pay® in the Westpac One® app and your hotpoints will automatically go towards your next purchase with your hotpoints® Mastercard**. It feels like free when you pay with points – and you can even use points on purchases you’ve already made.

How does hotpoints Pay work?

How does hotpoints Pay work?

After you’ve made your next purchase and your hotpoints have been redeemed, the switch will automatically turn off. If you change your mind, you can turn it off before you make your next purchase with your hotpoints credit card.

You’ll earn hotpoints on the purchase at the same time as you pay with points because you’re using your hotpoints Mastercard®.

If you turn on hotpoints Pay for your next purchase, but you don't have enough points to pay the full amount, your whole hotpoints balance will be used, and you'll receive the dollar credit for that partial amount of your purchase.

We’ll send a notification or a text message to confirm your hotpoints Pay purchase. If you don’t have the Westpac One app on your phone and you don't get a text, check or add your phone number in Westpac One digital banking.
