Why have I received a message to update my device’s software/operating system?

You may be using a device which is running an operating system supported by Apple or Android, which means you may not be able to use the Westpac One® app.   

We’re continuing to make important updates and security enhancements to our Westpac One app to keep you and your money safe.

Update the operating system in your device settings to at least Apple iOS15 or Android 7 to continue to receive the full range of benefits from the Westpac One app.
