Westpac One® is our digital banking service that lets you manage your money anytime, anywhere. You can view your accounts, pay and transfer money, manage your cards, see all your transactions in one place, and much more.

Using Westpac One app:

  1. In the 'Accounts' screen you can view balances, account and loan details, or your hotpoints® balance, just click on the relevant item. You can also view the details of a transaction by clicking on it. From this screen, you can complete tasks such as applying for loans and opening accounts. 
  2. In the 'Pay & Transfer' screen, you can move money between your accounts, pay a person or bill, set up automatic payments, and make overseas payments. Select the 'Planned payments' tab to see and manage a list of upcoming payments. Select ‘Manage Payees’ to view and search your saved payees, edit the details of these payees, or add new ones. You can also make a payment to a saved payee from this screen.
  3. The 'Timeline' screen shows all your banking transactions - past, present and future - for all your accounts in one place. Easily search and filter your transactions here. 
  4. From the 'Cards' screen, you can manage how your card best works for you. Turn contactless payments or Automatic Billing Updater on or off. Block your card if it is lost, stolen or subject to fraud. Credit card holders can also choose to turn the Cash Advance feature on or off.

Using Westpac One online:

In 'Accounts', you can view balances, account and loan details, and your hotpoints® account. Click on each item for more information.

From here, you can also transfer between accounts, pay and transfer, apply for loans and open or apply for new accounts. 

  1. 'Pay & transfer' lets you move money between your accounts, pay a person or bill, set up automatic payments and make overseas payments. Select ‘Planned payments' to check or manage upcoming payments.Payees’. You can view and search your saved payees, edit the details of these payees or add new ones. You can also make a payment to a saved payee from this screen. 
  2. 'Manage cards' lets you block your card if it’s lost or stolen or you suspect fraud. You can turn contactless payments or Automatic Billing Updater on or off. Credit card holders can also choose to turn the ATM cash advance feature on or off. 
  3. 'Products & services' lets you:
    • open a new term deposit, everyday or savings account
    • apply for a debit, credit, EFTPOS, or travel card 
    • join the Westpac KiwiSaver Scheme 
    • apply for an overdraft, personal loan, home loan or balance transfer 
    • apply for financial assistance. 
  4. 'Timeline' shows all past, present and future banking transactions for all your accounts in one place. You can search and filter your transactions.
