What if I've forgotten my PIN?

You can set a new PIN for your Westpac debit or credit card via Westpac One® online banking. You can also set a new PIN by visiting one of our branches.

To set a new PIN in Westpac One® online banking. 

1. Log in to Westpac One
2. Select Manage my cards
3. Select the card you want to update the PIN for
4. Click Set new PIN
5. Follow the instruction to complete PIN change

For EFTPOS cards, you can set a new PIN at any Westpac branch.
