What if I don't have enough hotpoints® to pay for my whole purchase?
If you turn on hotpoints Pay® for your next purchase, but you don't have enough points to pay the full amount, your whole hotpoints® balance will be used, and you'll receive the dollar credit for that partial amount of your purchase.
If you use hotpoints Pay to redeem for a purchase you've already made within the last 90 days, you'll need enough hotpoints to cover the full purchase amount.
