What happens to my hotpoints® if I move to an Airpoints™ credit card?
Once we have received your closure request, your card will be removed from your Westpac One® online banking profile and you can't use it anymore. This also removes the link to log in to hotpoints® online. Any remaining hotpoints you had can be accessed by calling us on 0800 861 862, weekdays from 8am to 6pm. Any remaining hotpoints will expire 90 days from when your account is closed.
During the 90 day expiry period, you won't be able to:
- Redeem hotpoints online (only over the phone by calling 0800 861 862)
- Redeem hotpoints for hotpoints Pay®
- Use the Points + Pay mechanism.
If you'd like to continue earning hotpoints rewards, you can open an Airpoints™ credit cards account and have both!
