When am I going to be asked the security questions I set up?

The security questions you set up are used by Westpac's Online Guardian, our secure fraud detection system. Online Guardian learns your normal online banking activity, and will ask to check your identity if there is a change in your banking pattern.

Online Guardian will also ask a question for "higher risk" activities for your security. An example is viewing and changing your personal details under the 'Profile' section of Westpac One® online banking.
