I usually pay my credit card by direct debit; do I need to a set up a new one on my Westpac credit card?

If this is a new credit card, then yes, you'll need to arrange a new direct debit for your new card by completing a direct debit application, which you can download here or pick up at your local branch.

In both instances, please remember to change over any subscription services you may have (such as Netflix) and regular payments (e.g. your power company, telecommunications or public transport provider) - to your new card.
