What if I don't want my credit or debit card to be opted into Automatic Billing Updater?

If you don't want to be opted into Automatic Billing Updater (ABU) then you can easily turn this feature off in Westpac One® online banking, under the Manage Cards section. Or you can call us on 0800 888 111 weekdays between 7am to 8pm and 8am to 5pm on weekends and public holidays and we will turn the feature off for you. 

Please note opting out of the feature will apply to all the credit and debit cards connected to your account including any joint or additional cards.
