How to update your personal details on your credit card account.

It's important that your personal details are up to date such as your email address, phone number and address. If you have access to Westpac One® online banking, you can check and update this information, here's a guide to show you how.

If you would like to change any other information such as your name please call us on 0800 400 600 weekdays between 7am and 8pm and 8am to 5pm on weekends and public holidays or visit your local branch.
