How do I share my account information with a third-party service provider?
Grant access to your accounts so a third-party can view details of your account information. The details the third-party can view, and length of account access is set by the third-party and is displayed before you approve the access request.
- The third-party service provider will ask you to share your account details.
- Once you accept the request, you’ll be taken to the Westpac One login screen.
Tip: To confirm it’s secure, you can check Am I on the real Westpac online banking site? - Log in with your usual login details.
- Select which accounts you want the third-party to see.
- Review the information you’ll share and how long you’ll grant access to your account.
- Click Continue and double-check the details of the access request.
- Select:
Approve to grant access
Decline request if you don’t want to grant access. - You’ll be returned to the third-party website or app to continue with the service provider.
