How do I make a one-off payment with a third-party service provider?

Pay for purchases directly from your bank account using approved third-party service providers.

1. Shop for goods or services using your web browser or digital device.
2. At the checkout, choose the payment option to pay from your account.
3. Select Westpac. You’ll be taken to the Westpac One login screen.
   Tip: To confirm it’s secure, you can check Am I on the real Westpac online banking site?
4. Log in with your usual log in details.
5. Confirm which account you’d like to pay from.
6. Review the payment details.
7. Select Approve to authorise the payment. You’ll then return to the app or website you came from to complete the transaction.
