How do I check which third-party service providers have access to my account information and remove access?
To check who you have granted access to your account:
- Log in to your Westpac One account.
- Select Profile from any Westpac One page, then Third-party access.
- Select:
Active for a list of who currently has access
Inactive for a list of who had access in the past but doesn’t have current access.
To remove access and stop sharing account information with a third-party:
- Find their name on the Active list.
- Select Manage, then scroll down and select Remove access.
- Select Yes, remove access to cancel the third-party’s access to your accounts.
If you’re not able to cancel access that was approved by someone else, contact us for help.
