How do I update the Westpac One® online banking app?

Apple iOS:​

1. Go to the App store and search for the Westpac One® online banking app. ​
2. Select 'Update' to download the latest version of the app.
3. After the update is complete select 'Open' to launch the latest version of the app​.

Android:​

1.  Go to the Google Play store and search for the Westpac One® online banking app.
2. Select 'Update' to download the latest version of the app.
3. After the update is complete select 'Open' to launch the latest version of the app.

If the App or Google Play store does not give you the option to update the app, it means that your current operating system is not supported by the Westpac One® online banking app. Please update your operating system and then try again.
