How do I update my contact details?

If your address, mobile phone number or email address change, you can update these in Westpac One®. Here's how:

  1. Once logged in to Westpac One, select 'Profile' (top right on a computer or under 'More' on the lower right in the app)
  2. Click 'Personal Details'
  3. If the details displayed are no longer correct, select 'Edit'
  4. For your security, you will need to answer one of your Online Guardian challenge questions before progressing
  5. Once answered correctly, enter your new details in the space provided
  6. Click 'Apply'.
