How do I reset my PIN?

You can change your PIN for your Westpac debit or credit card via Westpac One® Online banking. You can also change your PIN at any Westpac ATM or by visiting one of our branches.

To change your PIN in Westpac One® Online banking

1. Log in to Westpac One
2. Select Manage my cards
3. Select the card you want to change the PIN for
4. Click Set new PIN
5. Follow the instruction to complete PIN change

For EFTPOS cards, you can change your PIN at any Westpac ATM or by visiting one of our branches.
