How do I reset my Westpac One password?

You can reset your Westpac One® password in the app or on the browser. Follow these simple steps:

1. At the login page, click on the 'Forgot your password' link.
2. Enter your customer ID or username and your registered mobile number.
3. Your temporary password will be sent to your registered mobile number. Or you might be required to call our contact centre on 0800 400 600 or +64 9 912 8000 from overseas (International toll charges apply).
4. Enter your temporary password that was sent to your registered mobile number.
5. Choose a new password.
6. Follow the onscreen prompts.
