How do I refix my home loan online?

If you'd like to continue with the certainty of a fixed rate at the end of your term, you may be able to login to Westpac One® online banking to book a new rate if you're eligible.

Once logged in to Westpac One, select your relevant home loan account that is due to rollover
Select the 'Account details' tab and click on 'Book a rate'
From here, you'll be able to select the rate that suits you
Use the slider to tailor your repayment to suit your needs.
