How can I show proof I’ve made an online payment?
If you need to prove to someone that you’ve made an online payment, such as paying for a TradeMe purchase or donating to a charity, you can follow these steps in Westpac One after the payment has been made:
- Go to the ‘Timeline’ tab (not the transaction details of a specific account)
- Find the transaction and click on it
- Take a screen grab of the page using your phone or computer that you can then share with the person requesting confirmation.
Transactions in ‘Timeline’ don’t show your account balance so you won’t need to hide that information.
