How do I redeem my hotpoints® for rewards?

Simply log into Westpac One® online banking, select ‘hotpoints’, and you can either turn on hotpoints Pay® for your next purchase right here within the app, or select 'Visit the hotpoints website for more ways to redeem hotpoints' to choose another reward type. On the website you can redeem your points on products from the hotpoints store, gift cards, make a donation to the Westpac Rescue Helicopter, contribute to your KiwiSaver, make a Points+Pay redemption, or redeem on a past purchase made in the last 90 days.

You can also redeem your hotpoints® by calling the hotpoints team on 0800 861 862, weekdays between 8am and 6pm.
