If you didn’t receive a notification that you believe you should have received, we may not have your mobile phone number. You can load this into the 'Personal Details' section of your Profile in Westpac One® online banking. You can also check the redemption history page on the hotpoints® website and check the transactions on your credit card in Westpac One.
