I’ve started my application, but I need to go and do something. Will my application be saved?

If you’re applying for a credit card on the Westpac website and close or refresh the window, your progress won’t be saved. However, you can leave the window open, return to it within a short period of time and the information will still be there as you left it.

If you’re an existing Westpac customer and are using Westpac One® online banking for your application, you can save it at any time and resume when you are ready. You can find your saved application via the ‘Apply for new’ menu in Westpac One by selecting ‘Credit Card’. Your saved application will be available for 30 days. Once the application has been submitted it will no longer be visible and cannot be updated.
