How do I pay another banks credit card from Westpac One® online banking?

You can pay most other NZ major banks' credit cards in Westpac One.

Here's a quick 'how to' guide on loading a bill payment using Westpac One.

Once logged into Westpac One:

• Go to 'Pay & Transfer'
• When entering the 'Select account or payee(s)' details, select 'New or Overseas'. You may either enter the bank account number or you may search for the bank or credit card company by name e.g., Mastercard®
• Choose the organisation from the selection list. Then follow the onscreen instructions
• Ensure you follow the payment instructions on your credit card statement and include any relevant particulars as advised to help ensure your payment is credited to your desired account.
