Can I turn contactless on and off?

You can easily turn contactless payments on or off for your card. Head to the 'Manage my Cards' section in Westpac One® online banking, select the card and slide the 'Contactless payments' button to 'off' or 'on'.

If you're not set-up for online banking, call us on 0800 400 600 weekdays between 7am and 8pm and 8am to 5pm on weekends and public holidays and our team can turn contactless payments 'off' or 'on' for you.
