I don’t have the option to add my card to my digital wallet – why not?

If you’ve applied for your new Debit Mastercard through the branch then you’ll need to wait to receive your physical plastic card. Once you receive your physical card, you will need to activate it before you’ll be able to add it to your digital wallet.
