How do I enable and disable push notifications from my device?

This is controlled by your device. Visit the iPhone User Guide for iPhone users or the Official Android Help Centre for Android users.

This only controls push notifications for the operating system (OS) on your device.

You can’t turn off notifications in the Westpac One app. We might need to tell you something important or urgent.
